Is it really August 1 already!?! I go back to work August 12 and on one hand I am looking forward to it, as I like the start of a new school year. But this time, I will be leaving my 2 little guys, one being just 3 months old! I have really enjoyed this summer, spending time with Henry and getting together with friends for play dates. Ben has been a GREAT baby and we have been able to be on the go and he just hangs out with us, usually sleeping. Henry starts pre-school on August 18 and he is SOOOO excited for it. He talks about going to school and loves to learn. He has been able to identify all of the capital letters since March and knows quite a few lower case ones. He can count and knows his colors and basic shapes. I am just amazed at how fast he learns and how quickly he is growing from my little baby to a real boy! I am so blessed to have 2 healthy little kids and one awesome loving husband. Below is a picture of Ben from the other day. He was SO smiley I had to take a picture of my little man. I hope to keep updating the blog once I return to work. There won't be as many pictures and updates as there has been this summer, but I hope to at least get some pictures up each week. I know you all like to see how they are growing and changing. Little Ben changes each day and I want everyone to enjoy the changes too. Thanks for following this journey of raising 2 boys...I know it will be challenging and tough, but we can do it! And as G says, lots of stuff will get broken, but someday, when they are all grown and have families of their own, we'll wish they were little again to break stuff and get into trouble. Enjoy them now...they grow up fast!
