Wide-Awake

I have been up since 4:15....not by choice, but little Ben decided that he wanted to be wide-awake. I went up and gave him the pacifier and came back down and got snuggled into my bed. For about 10 minutes....then little Henry decided it was time to be wide-awake. Henry came into our room saying he was wet (he is potty-trained, but sleeps in a pull-up over night) and that his bed was wet. I was too tired and warm to take him up to his wet bed, so he climbed into our bed and in about 2 minutes was asleep and snoring. Since having his tonsils out in July, Henry does not snore, but both he and Ben have been stuffed up and have runny noses at the moment. So there is snoring in my bed. I can't sleep, either can G, but we both stay in our bed....until 5:10 when I can hear Ben screaming...he is still awake and NOT going back to sleep. SO, I get up with him because at this point both Henry & G are alseep. I give him his bottle and he acts all snuggly and like he wants to go back to sleep, YES! I bring him into our bed (all 4 of us in there now) and he lays on my chest....for .3 seconds and decides to be wide-awake. Ben and I go into the kitchen where I eat breakfast and he eats some Puffs. Now we are in the basement playing, since that is what a wide-awake 9 month old wants to do at 5:45 in the morning. What a start to a Thursday! OH and did I mention that last night when G and I got into bed, neither one of us could fall asleep and it was 10:55 the last time I looked at the clock?!!?

On another note...Henry came home from school yesterday with a necklace for me...I LOVE it and am wearing it to school today. Below is a picture of my first (of many I am sure) macaroni necklaces.
