On Wednesday, Jack turned 6 weeks old. We can't believe our little guy is already 6 weeks old! I had my 6 week check up today and everything is great. I am able to starting running and exercising again. I went on my first Post-Jack run today and boy did it feel great! I ran round the neighborhood and pushed Jack. I am sure I didn't look too much like a runner today, more of a slow jog, but I ran pretty much the whole time, only stopping 3 times. I can only improve from here.
