On Sunday, November 30, we braved the chilly, sleety, St. Louis weather and went to the Northern Lights Parade in Ferguson. It's an evening parade, so it is lighted. Henry got to make a race car at the Home Depot tent before the parade and got an orange apron. Ben was snuggly warm in his stroller and did well, until it was time for him to eat! Henry enjoyed the parade, but was sad he didn't get any candy. We didn't stay until the end, as we were FREEZING! Henry didn't see Santa, but he did get to see Frosty the Snowman, so he was happy with that.
We have Christmas decorations up at our house. We attempted to put up the tree tonight, but it wouldn't fit in our tree stand! So G is getting a bigger one tomorrow and tomorrow night we are going to decorate the tree. Henry likes the stockings and all the other decorations that are in our house. He asks each morning if it has snowed. We woke up Sunday morning to some white-stuff on the ground which was pretty neat. Christmas will sneak up on us, then one week after that, Henry turns 3!! They sure grow up fast.
