Henry is FIVE!

Happy New Year! WIth a new year, means our oldest child, Henry turns another year older. Today our blue-eyed blonde hair first born is a whole hand old....FIVE! What a FUN day for our little guy. It started out bright and early (5:30 am) when Henry came into our room to announce that he was now five and had grown overnight. We had breakfast and then he got to open up presents. Ben couldn't quite figure out why he wasn't getting any presents. Kind of a hard concept to try to explain to a 2.5 year old! We had lunch and then (thank goodness) naptime! While our little guys and Nana & Papa took naps, G and I finished cleaning the house and getting the food ready for Henry's party. As you will see in the pictures below, Henry and his friends had LOTS of fun. It was a super hero themed party and all of his grandparents came in character. Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate our little man's 5th birthday. Needless to say, he had a blast!
