Officer Andrew Retires

Our friend, Phil Andrew, will retire from the St. Louis County Police Department this coming week. On Thursday there was a little celebration for him and we went to show our support. Henry's favorite part was the cake (of course!) and he wanted a piece right from the center. So Phil gave him that piece! Just one of the many reasons we love Phil!
