We had a good 4th. We went to church and Sunday school before heading to Rae's house for brunch. Then we walked to downtown Ferguson for the annual 4th of July Parade. The kids loved it. Ben clapped and sat on his NoNo's lap most of the time. Henry loved getting candy and beads. Ben was so tired, that on the walk back to Rae's house, he fell asleep on his Daddy's shoulders. After the kids woke up from naps, we went back to Ferguson so the kids could ride a pony. We were hoping to get there for the petting zoo also, but due to rain, they closed that early. We didn't watch any fireworks, but that didn't bother anyone in our house. I think we were all in bed by 9:30!
