Since Henry's school is associated with the University, they are closed Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. His school won't open back up until January 4, 2010. Henry turns 4 on January 1. SO, we had his little school party today complete with cupcakes, party hats, and juice boxes! What more could a kid ask for?!?! They loved it! Everyone had great manners and they sang Happy Birthday to Henry. He really enjoyed getting to celebrate with his friends. Last year I sent cookies and juice after they opened back up, but neither Gregg or myself was able to be there. Since I have had the week off, I got the Spiderman cupcakes and headed over to his school at snack time. We had a few left over and took them to Peggy's (the sitter) where Ben and his buddy Dylan got to enjoy some birthday fun. Happy Party Day Henry!
There were only 8 little ones present today since many of his friends were absent with the holidays.
The almost 4 year old! SO hard to believe.
