Today

Today is Christmas Eve....and my kids are SO excited that tomorrow is Jesus's birthday. Well, Henry is excited. Ben gets excited just because Henry does, but I don't think Ben totally gets it. Today we are playing in the basement and it sure is messy! We are going to leave here around 8:30 and go up to the gym. It's open today until 2, and I think it will be pretty empty, so I'll venture up there with both kids in hopes of getting some sort of a workout in. I have to pick up a few last items at the store for Christmas dinner tomorrow and then we'll come home for lunch and naptime. We are hoping that G gets off work early today, but we aren't getting our hopes up too much. We'll have dinner at Rae's tonight before church. I was hoping for a white Christmas, but all we have gotten so far is rain. Merry Christmas to you all! And safe travels to those of you who will be on the roads or in the air!

This is my day so far....race cars (laundry baskets) and a messy basement! But I wouldn't have it any other way!
